One word "BUSY"

Stupid upper management. Once again, officers with no brains. What more can I say. Imagine one person doing the job of 3 people at 3 different locations at 3 different but consecutive timings. I've got maximum manpower of lets say 10 and you demand me to have manpower of 30. Where in the world do you expect me to squeeze out the other 20 souls? There is no more manpower for you to use already and yet you want us to fish out extra personnel to do redundant work which the 10 person is able to handle! I seriously cannot believe it. And when we highlighted possible solutions to you like taking some guys back from their courses that they are attending which could be arranged, you refused to listen to us and go on with ur decision. For crying out loud if u do not know the damn strength of ur stupid unit, don't act as though ur damn smart and open so many stupid stations! You could hire manpower from other bases for past events why can't you do it now?

And NEVER use your rank to push us to the limit. Just because we lack the manpower, and you want us to help out, just say so. Don't scrutinize and find a small minor mistake and confine the whole lot saying our discipline is not up to standard but in actual fact you just need us to stay in to make up the stupid numbers which you lack to foresee or should I say you DONT even know from the start.

In camp there is a saying "Salute is given with utmost respect", however "Respect is given to only those who EARN it"
