Bleagh almost got Gold for IPPT if not for the fatigue due to the past 4 days of run. Haiz hopefully running can hit around 9:30mins. Thats my target.

Sunday yet another run. The Tuas Link Run. Hopefully there will be a secure place to put my stuff so i can run in peace.
