Geering Up for AHM 2007...
Ran 7km this morning.
Swam 1km in the afternoon.
I must say those 10km runs in camp made 7km felt rather easy. And all those weights training using sand filled 2T bottles made swimming so much easier. I swam the whole 1km using free style with little fatigue on my legs and arms. I feel so much fitter now.
Hopefully I can complete 21km in 2 and a half hours without stopping.
Till that time comes, its more 10km runs in camp...
